BIA Hawaii is proud to announce the Spring 2025 session of our Pre-Apprenticeship Construction Training (PACT) Program, running from April 7 to May 16, 2025. As part of our mission to connect job-ready individuals with industry professionals, we invite BIA Member companies to join us for a special Internship & Hiring Event immediately following our graduation ceremony.

This event is a chance to meet individuals who have completed the program and are looking to take the next step. It’s an opportunity to talk with graduates, learn about their interests, and share a bit about the work your company does.

• Meet Our Graduates:
  • Students have completed OSHA-30 training, earned First Aid/CPR certification, and gained hands-on experience in basic construction skills, green building fundamentals, and job readiness.
• Connect with Talent:
  • Engage directly with current and past PACT graduates seeking internships or entry-level employment in construction and related trades.
• Promote Your Company:
  • Reserve a 6' table space to represent your brand, distribute company materials, and network with future hires who are eager to get started.
