This comprehensive 40-hour training provides essential safety and health instruction based on the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) EM 385-1-1 Safety and Health Requirements Manual, used across federal and military construction projects. Participants will learn to: Recognize and prevent workplace hazards on construction and industrial sites. Understand federal safety and health regulations applicable to USACE and NAVFAC projects. Implement safe work practices and procedures in compliance with EM 385-1-1. Complete required safety documentation and reporting. Who Should Attend: Construction workers, supervisors, safety officers, and anyone assigned to work on USACE or NAVFAC projects. Training Details: Duration: 40 hours (5 days) Format: In-person classroom and practical exercises Prerequisites: None, but participants should be prepared for full-day sessions Certificate: Participants receive a USACE/NAVFAC-approved Certificate of Completion upon successful completion.
