Complimentary 90-Day Follow-Up Coaching Session
To support learners as they apply their skills on the job, a 90-minute coaching session will be offered approximately 90 days after class ends. The date and time will be set by participants during the course. This confidential, unrecorded session provides an opportunity to ask follow-up questions and address any challenges experienced since training.


Step Into Leadership

Two-Day Training (16 hours): $675 per person

Become prepared and established as new front-line leaders with training that develops essential supervisory skills. New supervisors with proper training can increase employee productivity and organizational profitability, and it results in engaged, high-performing teams. Yet many new supervisors—the people responsible for planning and organizing work in every organization—are often undertrained in the skills required to be a successful front-line leader.

In this class, you will learn how to motivate and engage your employees, handle performance problems, promote good communication, develop your individual leadership guiding beliefs, and more! Your instructor has spent more than 20 years in leadership roles for a variety of industries such as retail, healthcare, hospitality, health & safety, government, and continuing education. She has dedicated her career to helping supervisors and employees reach their goals and highest potential through effective training. Participants will walk away with action plans that will help them achieve a higher level of leadership.
